Four hours on the water with a team, a client, or a group you are trying to impress. The advantage over a boardroom or a restaurant is simple: nobody leaves early, and nobody looks at their phone.

What it's like

You board together, the skipper runs a short brief, and then the day is yours to shape. Most corporate charters use the outbound run for the working part, whether that is a presentation, a briefing or an introduction, and the anchored middle section for the part that actually builds something.

We can hold position somewhere sheltered for as long as you need. Engines off, no background noise, no other tables.

Capacity, honestly

Ten guests on one boat. That is El Grande, and it is the largest single deck we have.

For more than ten we run boats together: two or three at a time, and up to fifty people across the fleet for a big occasion. That is a genuinely different logistical exercise, with several departures to coordinate, several skippers briefed, and a group that spends the day split up, so it is worth a phone call rather than a booking form.

On enquiry. Tell us the date, the numbers and what you want the day to do, and we will quote it. There is nothing to settle at the dock.

What's included

• Skipper and crew for four hours
• Fuel, safety equipment, life jackets
• Water aboard and cold storage

What you'll want to add

• Catering platter: cheese, charcuterie and fruit, quoted per head when you book
• Photographer: the first hour, full gallery delivered the next day. On a client day this is the one that pays for itself
• Champagne: by the bottle, quoted when you book

What we need from you

• The guest list, so the skipper knows who he is looking for at the dock
• Dietary requirements at least 48 hours ahead, because after that the caterer has already shopped
• Any branded material you want set up. Send it ahead or bring it on the day and we will rig it

Invoicing

Corporate bookings can be invoiced rather than paid by card. Say so when you book and we will arrange it.

If the weather turns

We make the call 48 hours out, which for a corporate day is usually early enough to move rather than cancel. If we cancel, you get a full refund or a new date. That decision is yours, not ours.
